After expanding our Perennials Rugs operations at Perennials India, our state-of-the-art facility in India, we decided to flaunt our extensive custom rug capabilities. How? We challenged our showrooms from across the globe with creating unique designs that encapsulate each location. The parameters? None, save for strike off sizing (give or take). We tasked them with including color blending, interesting shapes, intricate carving, and creative visuals in the final designs. We are thrilled to reveal the final results. Drum roll, please…

Atlanta

Our Atlanta showroom, located in ADAC, chose to highlight the state’s ubiquitous state fruit – the peach! The custom rug design features dimension-creating yarn blends, loop and high low pile techniques and precise lettering.

Houston

Houston, we have a winner. Our Houston showroom referenced the NASA Space Center in their rug design. The circle rug showcases complex color blending and various pile heights, resulting in a rug with intense dimension.

Dania

Our DCOTA showroom in the sunshine state looked to the sky for inspiration. This stunning custom rug design features three pile heights, hand carved details (clouds), sculptured-pile sun rays, and ombre color.

London

Composed of quintessentially British imagery from the London Eye to a double decker bus, our Design Centre Chelsea Harbour showroom composed a bloody brilliant custom rug design. In addition to the unique cut shape, this rug features various pile heights and complex ombre yarn blending.

Chicago

Our Chicago showroom got greedy and submitted two custom rug designs: the hotdog rug seen in the featured image, as well as a mesmerizing Chicago Bean rug. The team concocted this rug with exceptional color blending to mimic the Bean’s mirror effect.
