• California Technical Bulletin 117-2013

  All Perennials 100% solution-dyed acrylic upholstery fabrics pass the standard for this requirement, with no fire-retardant chemicals added to the fabrics.

• CFSI (Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative)

  Perennials certifies that no conflict minerals (gold, tungsten, tin and tantalum) are knowingly used in the production of Perennials fibers, yarns, fabrics or finishes. Conflict minerals are those mined in areas or countries with known conditions of armed conflict and/or human rights abuses.

• Fluorinated Chemicals

  Perennials 100% solution-dyed fabrics are manufactured without the use of any intentionally added PFCs (per- & poly-fluorinated compounds) such as PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS.

• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

  Perennials fabrics made of 100% solution-dyed acrylic are independently lab-tested to verify they contain no harmful substances as defined by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (Hohenstein HTTI 21.HMX.62059).

  

• REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization & Restrictions of Chemicals)

  Perennials fabrics consisting of 100% solution-dyed acrylic are designed and manufactured in compliance with REACH regulations.

• UL GREENGUARD Gold

  Perennials 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabrics are GREENGUARD Gold Certified as low volatile organic compound (VOC) emitting materials and contribute to healthy indoor air quality.
